The W11Y series boasts 3 symmetrical rollers.The upper roll is centrally positioned between the two lower rolls and is powered by dual hydraulic cylinders for vertical movement. The main speed reducer's output gear meshes with the gears of the lower rolls, generating torque for plate rolling. The metal plate, situated among the three working rolls, undergoes continuous bending under the upper roll's pressure and the lower rolls' rotation, resulting in permanent plastic deformation to achieve the desired shape, such as a cylinder, taper cylinder, or arc.However, the W11Y series cannot pre-bend plate ends during rolling. Nevertheless, it effectively corrects roundness after welding the cylinder. The upper roll's vertical movement is monitored by a displacement sensor, with readings displayed digitally for direct observation. This feature enhances working efficiency and product quality.
The W11X series features 3 driven rollers.The upper roll is fixed in place. The two lower rolls can rotate and move horizontally, either together or separately, ensuring plate rolling without slipping. It can produce cylindrical, arc, or conical workpieces with a single loading. Additionally, it pre-bends the plate and completes pre-bending and rolling in one go.This series is particularly adept at rolling challenging cone shapes.Computer-controlled with a touchscreen display, it offers easy operation, high efficiency, and a compact, economical design.
