Our CHAOLI 3-Roller Hydraulic Plate Rolling Machine is a versatile marvel, available in four distinguished series: W11S, W11Y, W11H, and W11X.
The W11S series is designed to pre-bend plates with exceptional precision. Its advanced upper roll can move vertically and horizontally, powered by hydraulic cylinders on both ends. As hydraulic oil applies pressure to pistons, the roll moves vertically to deform the plate. A motor and reducer drive the horizontal movement for pre-bending plate ends. The rotating lower rolls provide necessary torque. With a universal upper roll, this machine can handle cylindrical, conical, and arc-shaped workpieces. The PLC control system enhances production efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
The W11Y series features 3 symmetrical rollers. The upper roll centers between two lower rolls, driven by dual hydraulic cylinders for vertical movement. The main speed reducer’s output gear meshes the lower rolls' gears to provide rolling torque. This configuration continuously bends the metal plate under the upper roll’s pressure and the lower rolls’ rotation, achieving permanent plastic deformation. The W11Y series can roll plates into cylinders, taper cylinders, or arcs.Although the W11Y series cannot pre-bend plate ends,it can correct the roundness of cylinders post-welding. The vertical movement of the upper roll is precisely monitored by a displacement sensor, displayed digitally, ensuring accuracy and enhancing both efficiency and product quality.
The W11X series boasts 3 driven rollers.The upper roll remains fixed, while the two lower rolls can rotate and move horizontally, together or separately, providing slip-free rolling. Capable of rolling plates into cylindrical, arc, or conical shapes with a single loading, it excels at rolling challenging cone shapes. Pre-bending and rolling can be completed in one go, making this series highly efficient. Controlled by a computer and aided by a touchscreen interface, the W11X series offers easy operation, high efficiency, and a compact, economical design.
The W11H series efficiently pre-bends plate ends, achieving various shapes with a single loading without reversing the plate direction. The upper roll is fixed, while the two bottom rolls provide the necessary movement.
