W11Y Series is characterized by its 3 symmetrical rollers.The upper roll is centrally positioned between two lower rolls and is driven vertically by dual hydraulic cylinders. The main speed reducer's output gear meshes with the lower rolls' gears, generating the torque needed for plate rolling. Plates are continuously bent under the upper roll's pressure and the lower rolls' rotation, achieving permanent plastic deformation to create shapes like cylinders, tapered cylinders, or arcs. However, the W11Y series cannot pre-bend plate ends during rolling. Instead, it corrects roundness post-welding. The upper roll's vertical movement is monitored by a displacement sensor, displayed digitally for real-time observation, boosting efficiency and product quality.W11X Seriesfeatures 3 driven rollers. The upper roll remains fixed while the 2 lower rolls rotate and move horizontally, either together or separately, preventing plate slippage.
