W11Y Series Highlights:Featuring three symmetrical rollers, the W11Y series is designed for optimal performance. The upper roll is centrally positioned between two lower rolls and driven vertically by dual hydraulic cylinders. Torque is provided by the main speed reducer's output gear, which meshes with the lower rolls' gears. Plates are continuously bent under upper roll pressure and lower roll rotation to achieve shapes such as cylinders, taper cylinders, or arcs.While the W11Y seriescannot pre-bend plate ends during rolling, it excels in correcting cylinder roundness post-welding.A displacement sensor monitors upper roll movements, displayed via digital meter for enhanced productivity and quality.Thus, working efficiency and product quality are significantly improved.
W11X Series Capabilities:The W11X series is distinguished by its three driven rollers.Its fixed upper roll works in harmony with the two lower rolls, which can rotate and move horizontally, either together or separately.This functionality ensures plates are rolled without slipping, achieving cylindrical, arc, or conical shapes with a single loading.
