The W11S seriesis proficient in pre-bending plates, with its upper roll capable of both vertical and horizontal movements. For horizontal movement, a motor and reducer drive the upper roll to pre-bend the plate ends. The lower rolls, being the primary driving components, rotate to generate the required torque for rolling. This series features a universal upper roll, enabling pre-bending with a single loading. The W11Y series features 3 symmetrical rolling rolls. The upper roll is centrally located between two lower rolls and is directly driven by dual hydraulic cylinders for vertical movement. The main speed reducer's output gear meshes with the lower rolls' gears, enabling rotation and torque generation for rolling. Positioned between the three working rolls, the metal plate undergoes continuous bending under the upper roll's pressure and the lower rolls' rotation, achieving permanent plastic deformation and forming shapes like cylinders, taper cylinders, or arcs.The W11Y seriescannot pre-bend plate ends during rolling; however, it can correct roundness post-welding of the cylinder. The vertical movement of the upper roll is monitored by a displacement sensor, displayed on a digital meter, ensuring precise observation of displacement and position, thereby increasing efficiency and product quality..
The W11X series features 3 driven rollers,with the upper roll fixed. The two lower rollers are capable of rotating and moving horizontally, either in unison or independently, allowing the plate to be rolled without slipping. This series can form cylindrical, arc, or conical workpieces with one-time loading, also enabling pre-bending and rolling in one go. It excels at rolling complex cone shapes.
