W11Y Series features 3 symmetrical rollers.The upper roll is centrally positioned between two lower rolls and moves vertically via dual hydraulic cylinders. The main speed reducer’s output gear meshes with the lower rolls’ gears to provide the necessary torque. Metal plates are continuously bent under the upper roll’s pressure and lower rolls’ rotation, achieving permanent plastic deformation for shapes like cylinders, tapered cylinders, or arcs.W11Y Seriescannot pre-bend plate ends during rolling but ensures cylinder roundness post-welding.The vertical position of the upper roll is monitored by a displacement sensor and displayed digitally, enhancing both efficiency and product quality.
