The 3-roller hydraulic plate rolling machine comprises four series: W11S, W11Y, W11H, and W11X.
The W11S series offers exceptional capabilities to pre-bend the plate, with its upper roll capable of both vertical and horizontal movements. Activated by hydraulic oil in dual cylinders, the upper roll moves vertically to exert pressure and deform the plate. The upper roll is driven horizontally by a motor and reducer, enabling pre-bending of the plate's ends. The lower rolls rotate to provide the necessary torque for rolling. With universal upper roll functionality, this machine can pre-bend and roll cylindrical, conical, and arc workpieces in a single loading, all controlled by a PLC for enhanced production efficiency and cost reduction.
The W11Y series presents a configuration of three symmetrical rolls. The upper roll, positioned centrally between the lower rolls, is driven vertically by dual hydraulic cylinders. An output gear on the main speed reducer meshes with the gears of both lower rolls, providing the torque needed for rolling. The metal plate, placed among the three working rolls, undergoes continuous bending under the upper roll's pressure and the lower rolls' rotation, achieving shapes like cylinders, taper cylinders, or arcs through permanent plastic deformation.The W11Y series does not pre-bend the plate ends during rolling; however,it can correct roundness post-welding. The vertical movement of the upper roll is monitored by a displacement sensor and displayed digitally, allowing precise observation and enhancing working efficiency and product quality.
The W11X series features 3 driven rollers.The upper roll is fixed, and the lower rolls can rotate and move horizontally, either simultaneously or independently, to roll plates without slipping. This series can form cylindrical, arc, or conical workpieces with a single loading, also capable of pre-bending. Known for its proficiency in rolling challenging cone shapes.Controlled by a computer and aided by a touchscreen, it offers easy operation, high efficiency, and a compact, economical, and practical structure.
The W11H series is designed for pre-bending the plate ends andachieving various shapes in a single loading without reversing the plate's direction.The upper roll is fixed, and the two bottomrolls provide the necessary torque.The machine features expertly engineered rolls that ensure smooth and efficient operation.These rolls are capable of performing precise arc-shape movements,which are meticulously controlled by an advanced computer system.
