The W11S series is engineered to pre-bend plates with precision. The upper roll is versatile, capable of both vertical and horizontal movements. Hydraulic oil in the cylinders exerts pressure on the pistons to move the roll vertically, thereby deforming the plate. The motor and reducer drive the upper roll horizontally to pre-bend the plate ends. The rotating lower rolls provide the necessary torque for rolling. This model, with its universal upper roll, allows for one-time loading to pre-bend and roll cylindrical, conical, and arc workpieces, all controlled by a PLC system to maximize production efficiency and minimize costs.
The W11Y series features a 3-symmetrical roller design that positions the upper roll at the center of two lower rolls, driven vertically by dual hydraulic cylinders. The main speed reducer's output gear meshes with both lower rolls, providing the torque needed for rolling. Plates are placed among the rolls and bent under the upper roll's pressure and the lower rolls' rotation, resulting in permanent deformation to achieve shapes like cylinders, taper cylinders, or arcs.The W11Y seriesdoesn't pre-bend plate ends during rolling, but it can correct roundness post-welding. The vertical movement of the upper roll is monitored by a displacement sensor and displayed digitally, ensuring enhanced efficiency and product quality..
The W11X series features 3 driven rollers.The upper roll is fixed, while the 2 lower rolls can rotate and move horizontally together or separately, enabling plate rolling without slipping. This series can roll plates into cylindrical, arc, or conical shapes with one-time loading, and it excels in rolling challenging cone shapes. It offers pre-bending and rolling with a single loading, controlled by a computer with a touchscreen for ease of operation, high efficiency, and a compact, economical structure.
The W11H series can pre-bend plate ends and achieve different shapes with one-time loading without reversing the plate's direction. The upper roll is fixed, ensuring consistent performance.This advanced machine features two precision-crafted bottom rollswith meticulously engineered rolls ensuring seamless operation.The rolls are capable of executing smooth arc-shape movements,which are precisely controlled by a state-of-the-art computer system. This system displays all movements on a high-tech screen, offering automatic leveling and synchronization with an accuracy of±0.2mm. The bearing body's tilting and resetting functions are hydraulically managed. Additionally, a sophisticated balancing mechanism is positioned at the tail of the upper roll, facilitating effortless discharge of the finished rolled workpiecessand cylindrical parts.
