The W11S series offers exceptional versatility, capable ofpre-bending plates with its upper roll that moves both vertically and horizontally. When hydraulic oil is applied to the pistons in the cylinders at both ends of the upper roll, it moves vertically to exert pressure and deform the plate. A motor and reducer drive the upper roll horizontally to pre-bend the plate ends. With both lower rolls rotating to provide torque, the machine can pre-bend plate ends in one load, rolling cylindrical, conical, and arc workpieces, all under PLC control for enhanced production efficiency and reduced costs.
The W11Y series features three symmetrical rollers. The upper roll is centrally positioned between the lower rolls, driven vertically by dual hydraulic cylinders. The main speed reducer’s output gear meshes with the lower roll gears to generate the torque needed for rolling. The plate is continuously bent under the upper roll's pressure and the rotation of the lower rolls, achieving the desired shapes such as cylinders, taper cylinders, or arcs.Although the W11Y series cannot pre-bend plate ends during the rolling process, it excels at correcting roundness after cylinder welding. A displacement sensor monitors the upper roll's vertical movement, displayed via a digital meter, enhancing both efficiency and product quality.The W11X seriesboasts three driven rollers. Its upper roll is fixed, while the two lower rolls can rotate and move horizontally, either together or separately. This capability ensures the plate is rolled without slipping, forming cylindrical, arc, or conical workpieces with just one load. The series is particularly adept at rolling complex conical shapes.Controlled by a computer with a touchscreen display, the W11X series offers easy operation, high efficiency, and a compact, practical design.
