The W11S series is uniquely capable of pre-bending the plate ends.The upper roll of the W11S series can move both vertically and horizontally. Hydraulic cylinders at both ends of the upper roll apply oil pressure to the pistons, allowing vertical movement to press and deform the plate. Horizontal movement is driven by a motor and reducer, facilitating pre-bending. The lower rolls provide the necessary torque for rolling. This series, featuring a universal upper roll, can efficiently roll cylindrical, conical, and arc workpieces with high precision, all controlled by a PLC system for enhanced production efficiency and reduced costs.
The W11Y series is distinguished by its 3 symmetrical rollers.The upper roll is centrally positioned between two lower rolls and is driven vertically by dual hydraulic cylinders. Torque for rolling is provided by the main speed reducer's output gear meshing with the lower roll gears. Plates are bent continuously under the upper roll's pressure and the lower rolls' rotation, achieving shapes such as cylinders, taper cylinders, or arcs.However, the W11Y seriescannot pre-bend plate ends during rolling.Instead,it can correct roundness post-welding. Vertical movement of the upper roll is monitored by a displacement sensor, with readings shown on a digital meter, allowing precise observation and enhancing both efficiency and product quality.
The W11X series boasts 3 driven rollers.The upper roll is fixed, while the lower rolls can rotate and move horizontally, either together or separately, to prevent slippage and roll plates into cylindrical, arc, or conical shapes. With one-time loading, it can perform both pre-bending and rolling. This series excels at rolling complex cone shapes. The W11X series is computer-controlled, supported by a touchscreen display, offering easy operation, high efficiency, and a compact, cost-effective design.

The movement is visually displayed on a sophisticated touch screen, ensuring automatic leveling and synchronization accuracy of±0.2mm. The tilting and resetting of the bearing body are hydraulically powered, complemented by a balancing mechanism at the tail of the upper roll for effortless discharging of the rolled workpiecesand cylindrical parts.
