The W11S series stands out due to its versatile capabilities.This series can pre-bend plates with a sophisticated upper roll that moves both vertically and horizontally. The vertical movement is powered by hydraulic oil applied to pistons in dual cylinders, exerting pressure to deform the plate. The horizontal movement, driven by a motor and reducer, enables precise pre-bending. The lower rolls provide the necessary torque for rolling. Notably, its universal upper roll facilitates one-time loading, efficiently producing cylindrical, conical, and arc-shaped workpieces. Controlled by a PLC, the W11S series maximizes production efficiency and minimizes costs.
The W11Y series features 3 symmetrical rollers.The upper roller, centrally located between two lower rollers, is directly driven by dual hydraulic cylinders to move vertically. The gears of the lower rolls, meshing with the main speed reducer, provide the torque required for rolling. Plates placed among the three working rolls are continuously bent under the pressure of the upper roll, generating permanent plastic deformation. This enables the creation of various shapes including cylinders, taper cylinders, and arcs. While the W11Y series cannot pre-bend plate ends during the rolling process, it excels in correcting roundness post-welding. The vertical movement of the upper roll is precisely monitored by a displacement sensor and displayed on a digital meter, enhancing both efficiency and quality.
The W11X series is engineered with three driven rollers.With a fixed upper roll, the two lower rollers can rotate and move horizontally, either together or separately, to effectively roll plates without slipping. This series can roll plates into cylindrical, arc, or conical shapes with one-time loading, offering superior performance, especially in rolling complex cone shapes. The process is controlled via a computer with a touchscreen interface, ensuring easy operation, high efficiency, and a compact, economical design.
The W11H series is designed for maximum flexibility. It can pre-bend plate ends and achieve multiple shapes with a single loading, without the need to reverse plate direction. With a fixed upper roll, this series ensures efficiency and precision in producing various workpiece shapes.The machine features 2 bottom rolls that provide a robust foundation for precision tasks.These rolls on the machine ensure seamless operations.The advanced design allows for an arc-shape movement, facilitating diverse shaping tasks.Movements are meticulously controlled by a sophisticated computer system, with real-time display on screen, ensuring automatic leveling and synchronization accuracy of±0.2mm.
