The motor and reducer drive the upper roll horizontally to pre-bend plate ends. The two lower rolls, serving as main driving parts, rotate to provide the necessary torque for rolling. This machine, with its universal upper roll, allows for one-time loading to pre-bend plate ends. It can craft cylindrical, conical, and arc workpieces and is PLC-controlled to boost production efficiency and lower costs.
The W11Y series features 3 symmetrical rollers. The upper roll is centrally positioned between two lower rolls and is driven vertically by dual hydraulic cylinders. The main speed reducer’s output gear meshes with the gears of both lower rolls, enabling rotation to provide the torque for plate rolling. The metal plate, placed among the three working rolls, undergoes continuous bending under the pressure of the upper roll and the rotation of the lower rolls, resulting in permanent plastic deformation to achieve shapes such as cylinders, taper cylinders, or arcs.
