The W11S series offers exceptional functionality.This series is designed to pre-bend plates, with an upper roll that moves both vertically and horizontally. Hydraulic oil in the cylinders at each end of the upper roll applies pressure via pistons, causing vertical movement to deform the plate. The motor and reducer drive the upper roll horizontally, enabling pre-bending of plate ends. Lower rolls rotate to provide essential torque. This series can handle cylindrical, conical, and arc workpieces, and is PLC-controlled for enhanced efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
The W11Y series offers a symmetrical roller configuration.The upper roll, positioned between two lower rolls, is directly driven by dual hydraulic cylinders for vertical movement. The main speed reducer's output gear meshes with both lower rolls' gears, providing the necessary torque. Plates are continuously bent under the upper roll's pressure and lower rolls' rotation, achieving permanent plastic deformation to form various shapes such as cylinders, taper cylinders, or arcs.While the W11Y seriescannot pre-bend plate ends during rolling, it excels at correcting roundness post-welding. Vertical movement of the upper roll is monitored by a displacement sensor, displayed on a digital meter for precise observation of displacement and position, boosting working efficiency and product quality.ly observed and working efficiency and product quality are therefore increased.
The W11X series features 3 driven rollers.Its fixed upper roll and horizontally moving lower rollser can rotate either together or separately, ensuring plate rolling without slipping. This series is adept at forming cylindrical, arc, or conical shapes in a single loading. It is also proficient at pre-bending, making it ideal for difficult cone shapes. The machine is computer-controlled, with a user-friendly touchscreen interface, ensuring easy operation, high efficiency, and a compact, practical design.It is controlled by computer with aiding of touchscreen shown, so it has advantages of easy operation, high efficiency and compact structure with economical and practical natures.
The W11H series can pre-bend plate ends and achieve various shapes in a single loading without reversing plate direction. The upper roll is fixed, with two bottom rolls able to move efficiently. 2 bottomThe machine rolls with precision and efficiency,capable of executing smooth arc-shaped movements,which are meticulously controlled by advanced computer systems. The entire operation is displayed on a high-definition screen, ensuring automatic leveling and synchronization with remarkable accuracy of±0.2mm. The tilting and resetting of the bearing body are achieved hydraulically. A sophisticated balancing mechanism is positioned at the tail end of the upper roll, facilitating effortless discharge of the rolled workpiecessuch ascylindrical parts. The rolling machine features a horizontally adjustable lower rollers, making it an ideal choice for rolling cylindrical, arc, and conical parts across various industries including energy, transportation, petroleum, chemical, boiler, shipbuilding, hydropower, and metallic structures.
