W11S Series HighlightsThe W11S series boasts the capability to pre-bend plates. The upper roll can move both vertically and horizontally. Hydraulic oil in dual cylinders actuates vertical movement, applying pressure to deform the plate. A motor and reducer facilitate horizontal movement, allowing for precise pre-bending. The main driving parts, the lower rolls, rotate to provide the necessary torque. Equipped with a universal upper roll, it can pre-bend plate ends seamlessly, forming cylindrical, conical, and arc workpieces. Controlled by a PLC, this series enhances production efficiency while reducing costs.
W11Y Series ExcellenceW11Y series is characterized by its symmetrically aligned rollers. The upper roll, centrally positioned between two lower rolls, is driven by dual hydraulic cylinders for vertical movement. A main speed reducer gears the lower rolls for rotation, providing the torque necessary for rolling. Metal plates are continuously bent under the upper roll's pressure, achieving permanent plastic deformation to form cylinders, tapered cylinders, or arcs.W11Y Series Additional FeaturesWhile this series cannot pre-bend plate ends during rolling, it excells in correcting roundness post-welding. A displacement sensor monitors the vertical movement of the upper roll, displayed digitally for precise observation. W11X Series InnovationsThe W11X series features 3 driven rollers. The upper roll remains fixed, while the lower rolls rotate and move horizontally, either in unison or independently, ensuring smooth rolling without slipping. This series can form cylindrical, arc, or conical shapes with a single load, pre-bending and completing the rolling process efficiently. It's particularly adept at rolling cone shapes. It is excellent for difficult cone shapes.Controlled by a computer with a touchscreen interface, the W11X series offers user-friendly operation, high efficiency, and a compact, economical design.
W11H Series VersatilityThe W11H series can pre-bend plate ends, achieving various shapes with a single load without reversing.
