W11S SeriesThis advanced series features superior pre-bending capabilities, with an upper roll that can move both vertically and horizontally. When hydraulic oil is directed into the cylinders at both ends of the upper roll, it moves vertically to exert pressure and deform the plate. Driven horizontally by a motor and reducer, the upper roll effectively pre-bends the plate ends. The lower rolls rotate to provide the essential torque for rolling, enabling the machine to pre-bend plate ends in a single load. Controlled by a PLC, this series excels in rolling cylindrical, conical, and arc-shaped workpieces, thereby enhancing production efficiency and reducing costs.
W11Y SeriesThe W11Y series boasts a 3-roll symmetrical design, with an upper roll positioned centrally between two lower rolls. Driven by dual hydraulic cylinders, the upper roll moves vertically, while the main speed reducer's output gear meshes with the lower rolls' gears to provide the necessary torque. The metal plate is continuously bent under the upper roll's pressure and the lower rolls' rotation, achieving permanent plastic deformation to form cylinders, taper cylinders, or arcs.Although this series does not pre-bend plate ends during rolling, itcan correct roundness after welding the cylinder. A displacement sensor monitors the upper roll's vertical movement, displayed on a digital meter for precise positioning, thus enhancing efficiency and quality.
W11X Series The W11X series offers unmatched versatility with its three driven rollers.The upper roll is fixed, while the two lower rolls can rotate and move horizontally, either together or separately.This configuration ensures the plate rolls without slipping, allowing for the formation of cylindrical, arc, or conical shapes in a single load. It also excels at pre-bending and rolling plates in one load, making it ideal for rolling complex cone shapes.This series is controlled by a computer with a touchscreen interface, offering easy operation, high efficiency, and a compact, economical design.
W11H SeriesThe W11H series is engineered for exceptional pre-bending of plate ends, allowing for the creation of various shapes in a single load without the need to reverse the plate's direction.The upper roll remains fixed, providing stability and precision.This series is the epitome of efficiency, blending innovative design with robust performance standards.The machine features two bottom rolls expertly integrated into the machine design,capable of executing precise arc-shape movements. This movement is skillfully controlled by an advanced computer system and displayed on a touch screen, ensuring automatic leveling and synchronization with superior accuracy of±0.2mm. The tilting and resetting of the bearing body are hydraulically operated. Additionally, a balancing mechanism is strategically positioned at the tail of the upper roll for seamless discharging of the rolled workpiecesand cylindrical components. The rolling machine's horizontally adjustable lower rollsers make it exceptionally suitable for rolling cylindrical, arc, and conical parts across a variety of demanding industries, including energy, transportation, petroleum, chemical, boiler, shipbuilding, hydropower, and metallic structures.
