The 3-roller hydraulic plate rolling machine boasts four distinct series: W11S, W11Y, W11H, and W11X.
W11S series excels inpre-bending plates with its versatile upper roll, capable of vertical and horizontal movements. When hydraulic oil in the cylinders at both ends of the upper roll applies pressure, the roll moves vertically to press and deform the plate. A motor and reducer drive the upper roll horizontally to pre-bend the plate ends. The lower rolls provide the necessary torque for rolling. This machine can pre-bend and roll cylindrical, conical, and arc workpieces efficiently in a single load, reducing production costs and enhancing efficiency through PLC control.
W11Y series features 3 symmetrical rollers. The upper roll is centrally placed between two lower rolls and driven vertically by dual hydraulic cylinders. The main speed reducer meshes with the lower roll gears for rotation, providing the torque to bend the plate. The upper roll pressure and lower roll rotation induce permanent plastic deformation, forming cylinders, taper cylinders, or arcs.Although the W11Y seriescannot pre-bend the plate ends during rolling, itcan correct roundness post-welding. The vertical movement of the upper roll is tracked by a displacement sensor and displayed digitally, ensuring precision and enhanced product quality.
W11X series stands out with its 3 driven rollers.The fixed upper roll and the 2 lower rolls can rotate and move horizontally together or independently. This design prevents slipping and allows for rolling cylindrical, arc, or conical workpieces in a single load, including pre-bending.The W11X series is adept at rolling complex cone shapes and offers easy operation, high efficiency, and a compact structure due to its computer and touchscreen controls.
