3 roller hydraulic plate rolling machine includes 4 type series,which are W11S,W11Y,W11H and W11X .
W11S series is able to pre-bend the plate and its upper roll can move either vertically or horizontally. When the hydraulic oil in both hydraulic cylinders arranged at both ends of upper roll is applied on pistons, the roll moves vertically to apply pressure on plate and deform it. Motor and reducer are used to drive upper roll to move horizontally in order to pre-bend the ends of plate. As main driving parts, both lower rolls rotate to provide torque for rolling plate. The rolling machine with universal upper roll can pre-bend the ends of plate with one time loading. It can roll cylindrical, conical and arc workpieces and is controlled by PLC so as to increase the production efficiency and reduce the production cost.
W11Y series has 3 symmetrical rollers. The upper roll is located at center of two lower rolls and is directly driven by dual hydraulic cylinders to move vertically. The output gear on main speed reducer is used to mesh the gears of both lower rolls for rotation so as to provide torque for rolling plate. Metal plate is located among three working rolls and subsequently continuously bent under pressure of upper roll and rotation of lower rolls to generate permanent plastic deformation on plate so as to roll the plate to required shape such as cylinder, taper cylinder or arc. W11Y seriesis not able to prebend the plate end during the rolling process,the but it can correct the roundness after welding the cylinder. The vertical moving of upper roll is monitored by a displacement sensor and shown by a digital meter, so the displacement and position of upper roll can be directly observed and working efficiency and product quality are therefore increased.
W11X series has 3 driven rollers.The upper roll is fixed.The 2 lower rollers can rotate and move horizontally together or separately so as to roll plate without slipping. It can roll plate to cylindrical, arc or conical workpiece as required with one time loading. It can also pre-bend plate and complete pre-bending and rolling of plate with one time loading.It is good at rolling difficult cone shape.It is controlled by computer with aiding of touchscreen shown, so it has advantages of easy operation, high efficiency and compact structure with economical and practical natures.
W11H series can pre-bend the end of plate and can get different shapes with one time loading without reversing plate direction.The upper roll is fixed and2 bottomThe rolling machine performs seamless rolling operations,capable of executing precise arc-shaped movements. This sophisticated motion is meticulously controlled by a state-of-the-art computer system, and vividly displayed on a touch screen, ensuring automatic leveling and impeccable synchronization with an accuracy of±0.2mm. The hydraulic system facilitates the tilting and resetting of the bearing body. Additionally, a balancing mechanism is strategically placed at the tail end of the upper roll, simplifying the discharge of rolled workpieces and cylindrical parts. This versatile rolling machine boasts a horizontally adjustable lower rollers, making it the perfect solution for rolling cylindrical, arc, and conical parts across various industries including energy, transportation, petroleum, chemical, boiler, shipbuilding, hydropower, and metallic structures. It is designed to roll plates with smalland medium thickness plates.
