W11S Series FeaturesThe W11S series excels in pre-bending plates, with an upper roll that can move vertically or horizontally. When hydraulic oil in the cylinders at both ends of the upper roll is applied, the roll moves vertically to exert pressure and deform the plate. A motor and reducer drive the horizontal movement of the upper roll to pre-bend the plate ends. The rotating lower rolls provide the torque for rolling. This machine can pre-bend plate ends with one loading and is capable of rolling cylindrical, conical, and arc workpieces. Controlled by a PLC, it enhances production efficiency and reduces costs.
W11Y Series FeaturesThe W11Y series is a 3-roller symmetrical machine. lThe upper roll is centrally located between the lower rolls and is driven vertically by dual hydraulic cylinders. The main speed reducer's output gear meshes with the lower rolls' gears to provide torque. The metal plate, positioned among the rolls, bends continuously under upper roll pressure and lower roll rotation, achieving permanent plastic deformation and the desired shape—cylinder, taper cylinder, or arc.Note: This series cannot pre-bend plate ends during rolling but can correct roundness after cylinder welding. A displacement sensor monitors the vertical movement of the upper roll, displayed digitally, thereby increasing working efficiency and product quality.
W11X Series FeaturesThe W11X series comprises 3 driven rollers. The upper roll is fixed, while the two lower rolls can rotate and move horizontally, either together or separately. This design prevents slipping and allows for the rolling of plates into cylindrical, arc, or conical shapes with one loading. The machine can pre-bend plates and complete both pre-bending and rolling in one loading, making it particularly effective for difficult cone shapes.Controlled by a computer with a touchscreen, the W11X series boasts easy operation, high efficiency, and a compact, economical, and practical design.
