The W11S series stands out with its advanced pre-bending capability.Equipped with a versatile upper roll that can move both vertically and horizontally, this series uses hydraulic cylinders to apply pressure, ensuring precise deformation. The motor and reducer enable horizontal movement for efficient pre-bending. As the main driving components, the lower rolls rotate to provide the necessary torque. This universal upper roll design allows for single-load pre-bending, capable of crafting cylindrical, conical, and arc shapes, all under the precise control of a PLC system, maximizing efficiency and minimizing costs.
The W11Y series features a symmetrical arrangement of three rollers. The upper roll, centrally positioned between two lower rolls, is powered by dual hydraulic cylinders for vertical movement. The main speed reducer's output gear drives the lower rolls, ensuring consistent torque. The metal plate is bent continuously among the three working rolls, achieving permanent deformation to form cylinders, taper cylinders, or arcs.While the W11Y seriesdoes not pre-bend plate ends, it excels at correcting roundness post-welding. A displacement sensor monitors the upper roll's vertical movement, displayed on a digital meter for easy observation, enhancing both efficiency and product quality.
The W11X series boasts three driven rollers.With a fixed upper roll and two lower rolls that can rotate and move horizontally, either together or separately, this series ensures slip-free rolling. It efficiently handles cylindrical, arc, and conical shapes with a single load, including pre-bending.This series excels at rolling challenging cone shapes seamlessly.Computer-controlled with a touchscreen interface, it offers easy operation, high efficiency, and a compact design that is both economical and practical.

This movement is meticulously controlled by an advanced computer system and displayed on a high-resolution screen, ensuring automatic leveling and synchronization with remarkable accuracy of ±0.2mm. A balancing mechanism is strategically placed at the tail of the upper roll to facilitate the easy discharging of rolled workpiecess and cylindrical parts.
