Utilizing hydraulic oil in dual cylinders, it applies vertical pressure to deform the plate. Horizontal motion, driven by a motor and reducer, pre-bends plate ends. The lower rolls, as primary drivers, provide the torque necessary for rolling. This machine's universal upper roll allows for seamless pre-bending and rolling in one loading, capable of creating cylindrical, conical, and arc workpieces. PLC control optimizes efficiency and reduces costs.
The W11Y Seriesfeatures a symmetrical 3-roll configuration.The upper roll is centrally positioned between two lower rolls and driven by dual hydraulic cylinders for vertical movement. The main speed reducer's output gear engages both lower rolls' gears for rotational torque. Plates are continuously bent under upper roll pressure and lower rolls’ rotation, achieving permanent plastic deformation to shape cylinders, taper cylinders, or arcs.Note that the W11Y Seriescannot pre-bend plate ends during rolling. However, it effectively corrects roundness post-welding. The upper roll’s vertical motion is monitored via a displacement sensor and displayed digitally, enhancing observation, efficiency, and quality.
The W11X Series showcases 3 driven rollers.The upper roll is fixed, while the two lower rolls can rotate and move horizontally either together or independently, ensuring non-slip rolling of plates. It can shape plates into cylindrical, arc, or conical forms in one loading, with pre-bending capabilities.
