The W11S series offers unparalleled versatility by allowingpre-bending capabilities with its upper roll, which can move both vertically and horizontally. The vertical movement is facilitated by hydraulic oil acting on pistons in cylinders at each end of the upper roll, applying pressure to deform the plate. The horizontal movement is driven by a motor and reducer, pre-bending the plate ends efficiently. Lower rolls continuously rotate to provide the necessary torque. This series excels at producing cylindrical, conical, and arc workpieces, all controlled by a sophisticated PLC system that maximizes production efficiency and minimizes cost.
The W11Y series boasts 3 symmetrical rolls, where the upper roller is centrally positioned between two lower rolls and driven vertically by dual hydraulic cylinders. The main speed reducer’s output gear meshes with the lower rolls’ gears to facilitate rotation and provide torque. This setup ensures continuous bending pressure from the upper roller, allowing the formation of cylinders, taper cylinders, or arcs with consistent and permanent plastic deformation.The W11Y seriesdoes not pre-bend plate ends during rolling; however,it can correct roundness post-welding. The upper roll's vertical movement is precisely monitored by a displacement sensor and displayed on a digital meter, ensuring accuracy and enhancing both working efficiency and product quality.
The W11X series features three driven rollers,where the upper roll remains fixed. Both lower rollers can rotate and move horizontally, either together or independently, ensuring slip-free rolling. This series is optimized for rolling cylindrical, arc, or conical workpieces with a single loading, and can efficiently pre-bend plates, completing both tasks simultaneously. It excels at rolling complex cone shapes. The process is controlled by an intuitive computer-aided touchscreen interface, combining easy operation with high efficiency, all within a compact and practical design.
The W11H series can pre-bend plate ends and achieve various shapes in one loading without the need to reverse the plate direction.The upper roll is fixed while maintaining high precision and efficient operation,2 bottomrolls on the machinecan make arc-shaped movements. The movement is precisely controlled by computer and displayed on screen, ensuring automatic leveling and synchronization with an accuracy of±0.2mm. The tilting and resetting of the bearing body are hydraulically operated. A balancing mechanism is arranged at the tail of the upper roll to facilitate the easy discharge of the rolled workpiecesand cylindrical parts. The rolling machine with a horizontally adjustable lower rollers is ideal for rolling cylindrical, arc, and conical parts in the energy, transportation, petroleum, chemical, boiler, shipbuilding, hydropower, and metallic structure industries. It is perfectly suited to rolllplates with smallandmedium thicknessplates.
