Our 3-roller hydraulic plate rolling machines come in four advanced series: W11S, W11Y, W11H, and W11X. Each series is meticulously engineered to meet specific industrial needs, ensuring high performance and versatility.
The W11S series is renowned for its capability topre-bend plates with precision, utilizing an upper roll that moves both vertically and horizontally. Through the hydraulic cylinders at each end, hydraulic oil applies pressure on pistons, enabling the roll to move vertically and deform the plate. Additionally, a motor and reducer drive the upper roll horizontally to pre-bend plate ends. The lower rolls rotate to provide torque, making the W11S ideal for rolling cylindrical, conical, and arc-shaped workpieces. Equipped with PLC control, it maximizes production efficiency while minimizing costs.
The W11Y series features three symmetrical rollers. The upper roll, centrally positioned between the lower rolls, is driven vertically by dual hydraulic cylinders. The main speed reducer's output gear meshes with the gears of both lower rolls, providing the necessary torque. By positioning the metal plate between the rolls, continuous pressure and rotation induce permanent plastic deformation, forming the plate into cylinders, taper cylinders, or arcs.Although the W11Y series is not designed for pre-bending plate ends during rolling,it excels in correcting roundness post-welding. The vertical movement of the upper roll is monitored by a displacement sensor and displayed digitally, ensuring precise observation and enhanced efficiency and quality.
The W11X series features three driven rollers.The upper roll is fixed, while the two lower rolls can rotate and move horizontally, either together or independently. This flexibility ensures efficient plate rolling without slipping. It can handle cylindrical, arc, or conical workpieces with one-time loading and is particularly adept at rolling complex conical shapes. The machine is controlled by a computer with a touchscreen interface, offering easy operation, high efficiency, and a compact, economical design.
The W11H series excels at pre-bending plate ends and can form various shapes with a single loading, eliminating the need to reverse the plate direction. The upper roll is fixed, while the two bottom rolls provide the necessary force for forming.The rolls on the machine are meticulously designed to ensure precision and durability.They can execute arc-shape movements with unparalleled efficiency.This flawless movement is controlled by a sophisticated computer system and displayed on a screen, ensuring automatic leveling and synchronization with an extraordinary accuracy of ±0.2mm. The bearing body tilts and resets hydraulically, streamlining the operation. Additionally, a balancing mechanism at the tail of the upper roll facilitates the effortless discharge of the rolled workpiecess,including cylindrical parts. The rolling machine features a horizontally adjustable lower roller,making it perfect for rolling cylindrical, arc, and conical components across various industries such as energy, transportation, petroleum, chemical, boiler, shipbuilding, hydropower, and metallic structures. This machine is ideally suited for rolling plates with small and medium thicknesses of plates.
