The W11Y Series exhibits symmetricalrollerdesign. The upper roll is centrally located between the two lower rolls and moves vertically under the influence of dual hydraulic cylinders. The main speed reducer's output gear meshes with the lower rolls’ gears, providing the necessary torque. The metal plate is continually bent by the upper roll’s pressure and the lower rolls’ rotation, resulting in desired shapes such as cylinders, taper cylinders, or arcs.The W11Y Seriescannot pre-bend plate ends during rolling; however, it can correct roundness post-welding. The upper roll’s vertical movement is monitored by a displacement sensor and displayed digitally, enhancing working efficiency and product quality.
The W11X Series boasts three driven rollers.The upper roll remains fixed, while the two lower rollerscan rotate and move horizontally, either together or independently, ensuring the plate rolls without slipping. This machine can achieve cylindrical, arc, or conical shapes with a single loading. It also excels at pre-bending, completing these tasks efficiently. This movement is meticulously controlled by a computer and vividly displayed on a user-friendly screen, ensuring automatic leveling and synchronization accuracy of ±0.2mm. The tilting and resetting of the bearing body are hydraulically driven.
