W11Y Series: This series features 3 symmetrical rolls.The upper roll is centrally positioned between two lower rolls and is directly moved vertically by dual hydraulic cylinders. The main speed reducer's output gear meshes with the lower rolls' gears, providing the torque needed for rolling. As the metal plate is placed among the three working rolls, it undergoes continuous bending under the upper roll's pressure and the lower rolls' rotation, generating permanent plastic deformation to achieve the desired shapes such as cylinders, taper cylinders, or arcs.W11Y Seriescannot pre-bend the plate ends during the rolling process; however, it can correct the roundness post-welding.
