W11Y series features 3 symmetrically positioned rolls.The upper roll, centered between two lower rolls, is driven vertically by dual hydraulic cylinders. The main speed reducer's output gear meshes with the lower rolls' gears to provide rolling torque. The plate is bent continuously under upper roll pressure and lower rolls rotation, achieving shapes like cylinders, taper cylinders, or arcs.W11Y seriesdoes not pre-bend plate ends during rolling. However,it corrects roundness post-welding.The vertical movement of the upper roll is monitored by a displacement sensor and shown digitally, allowing direct observation of displacement and position, thereby enhancing efficiency and quality.
The W11X series features 3 driven rollers.The upper roll is fixed.The 2 lower rolls rotate and move horizontally, either together or separately, enabling rolling without slipping. It forms cylindrical, arc, or conical shapes with one load, pre-bending with the same load.
