The W11Y seriesfeatures 3 symmetrical rollers.The upper roll is centered between the two lower rolls and driven directly by dual hydraulic cylinders for vertical movement. A gear on the main speed reducer meshes with the gears of the lower rolls to provide rolling torque. The plate is continuously bent between the three rolls, achieving permanent plastic deformation for shapes like cylinders, tapered cylinders, or arcs.However,the W11Y seriescannot pre-bend the plate ends during rolling,butit excels at correcting roundness post-welding.
