The W11Y Series boasts a design with 3 symmetrical rollers.The upper roll, centrally positioned, is directly driven by dual hydraulic cylinders to move vertically. The main speed reducer’s output gear meshes with both lower rolls' gears, ensuring smooth rotation and consistent torque application. This series excels at continuously bending metal plates to achieve cylindrical, tapered, and arc shapes through sustained pressure and rotation.Although the W11Y Series cannot pre-bend plates, it offers invaluable post-weld roundness correction.The vertical movement of the upper roll is precisely monitored by a displacement sensor and displayed digitally, ensuring high-quality production with improved working efficiency.
