Plates placed among the three rolls are continuously bent by the upper roll's pressure and the lower rolls' rotation, leading to permanent plastic deformation to achieve the desired shapes, such as cylinders, taper cylinders, or arcs.W11Y SeriesUnlike other series, it does not pre-bend plate ends during the rolling process,but it can correct roundness after welding the cylinder.The vertical movement of the upper roll is monitored by a displacement sensor and displayed digitally, enabling precise observation of its position and enhancing both working efficiency and product quality.
