W11S series is capable ofpre-bending the plate with its upper roll moving both vertically and horizontally. When hydraulic oil in the cylinders at both ends of the upper roll is applied to the pistons, the roll moves vertically to exert pressure on the plate, deforming it. A motor and reducer drive the upper roll horizontally to pre-bend the plate ends. The lower rolls rotate to provide the torque needed for rolling the plate. With a universal upper roll, this machine can pre-bend plate ends in one loading. It can roll cylindrical, conical, and arc workpieces and is PLC controlled to boost production efficiency while cutting costs.
The W11Y seriesfeatures 3 symmetricallrollers. The upper roll, positioned centrally between the two lower rolls, is driven vertically by dual hydraulic cylinders. The main speed reducer's output gear meshes with the lower rolls' gears to provide the necessary torque for rolling. The metal plate is placed between the three rolls and is continuously bent by the upper roll's pressure and the lower rolls' rotation, causing permanent plastic deformation and achieving the desired shape such as a cylinder, taper cylinder, or arc.Although the W11Y seriescannot pre-bend plate ends during rolling, itcan correct roundness post-welding. The vertical movement of the upper roll is monitored by a displacement sensor and displayed on a digital meter, ensuring that the upper roll's position and displacement can be directly observed, thus enhancing efficiency and product quality.ly observed and working efficiency and product quality are therefore increased.
The W11X series features three driven rollers.The upper roll is fixed. The two lower rollers can rotateand move horizontally together or separatelyto roll the plate without slipping. It can roll the plate into cylindrical, arc, or conical shapes with one loading. It can also pre-bend the plate, completing both pre-bending and rolling in a single load.This series excels at rolling challenging cone shapes.Controlled via a computer with touchscreen support, the W11X series offers user-friendly operation, high efficiency, and a compact, economical, and practical design.
