The main speed reducer’s output gear meshes with lower roll gears, providing necessary torque. Plates are positioned among the three working rolls, undergoing continuous bending for permanent plastic deformation, achieving shapes such as cylinders, taper cylinders, or arcs.Though the W11Y Serieslacks the ability to pre-bend plate ends during rolling,it compensates bycorrecting roundness post-welding. A displacement sensor monitors the upper roll’s vertical movement, displayed digitally, enhancing observed accuracy and boosting working efficiency and product quality.
