The W11Y Series features a tri-symmetrical rollerconfiguration.The central upper roll, driven by dual hydraulic cylinders, moves vertically. The main speed reducer’s output gear meshes with lower roll gears, providing necessary torque. Plates are positioned among the three working rolls, undergoing continuous bending for permanent plastic deformation, achieving shapes such as cylinders, taper cylinders, or arcs.Though the W11Y Serieslacks the ability to pre-bend plate ends during rolling,it compensates bycorrecting roundness post-welding. A displacement sensor monitors the upper roll’s vertical movement, displayed digitally, enhancing observed accuracy and boosting working efficiency and product quality.
The W11X Series boasts three driven rollers,with theupper roll fixed,. The two lower rollerscan rotate and move horizontally, either together or separately,enabling non-slip plate rolling. The tilting and resetting of the bearing body are hydraulically optimized.
