W11S Series Features:The W11S series excels in pre-bending plates, with an upper roll capable of vertical and horizontal movement. When hydraulic oil exerts pressure on the pistons within the cylinders at both ends, the upper roll moves vertically to deform the plate. A motor and reducer drive horizontal movements for pre-bending. With rotating lower rolls providing torque, this machine can load plates once to form cylindrical, conical, and arc shapes. PLC control further boosts production efficiency and minimizes costs.
W11Y Series Characteristics:This series features 3 symmetrical rolls.The upper roll, centrally positioned, is driven by dual hydraulic cylinders to move vertically.Gears on the main speed reducer mesh with lower roll gears to provide rotational torque.As the metal plate is positioned among the working rolls, continuous bending under pressure results in permanent deformation, allowing the formation of cylinders, tapered cylinders, or arcs.W11Y Series Limitations and Advantages:Although this series cannot pre-bend plate ends, it excels at correcting roundness post-welding.However,a displacement sensor monitors the vertical movement of the upper roll, displayed digitally for easier observation. This enhances working efficiency and product quality.
W11X Series Specialties:This series features 3 driven rollers. The upper roll is fixed.The two lower rolls rotate and can move horizontally either together or separately, ensuring plate rolling without slipping.It can roll plates into cylinders, arcs, or cones with a single loading, including pre-bending.Notably efficient in rolling challenging cone shapes,it is controlled via touchscreen computer, offering easy operation, high efficiency, and a compact, practical structure.
W11H Series Innovations:This series can pre-bend plate ends and form diverse shapes with a single loading without needing to reverse the plate direction.The upper roll is fixed, enhancing stability and precision.This impressive machine features 2 bottom rolls on the hydraulic plate bending machine,which can make arc-shape movements,and the entire process is controlled by a sophisticated computer system. The operations are displayed on a screen with automatic leveling and synchronization precision of ±0.2mm. The tilting and resetting of the bearing body are achieved hydraulically. Additionally, a balancing mechanism is placed at the tail of the upper roll for effortless discharging of rolled workpiecess and cylindrical parts.
