The CHAOLI 3 Roller NC Machine Valve boasts a sophisticated 3 roller hydraulic plate rolling machine, available in four distinct series: W11S, W11Y, W11H, and W11X.
The W11S series offers advanced capabilities to pre-bend plates through a dual-movement upper roll that transitions vertically and horizontally. When hydraulic oil engages the pistons in the cylinders at both ends of the upper roll, vertical movement applies pressure to deform the plate. A motor and reducer facilitate horizontal movement to pre-bend plate ends efficiently. The dual rotating lower rolls provide the necessary torque for rolling. This machine, featuring a universal upper roll, allows for pre-bending with a single load, adeptly handling cylindrical, conical, and arc workpieces. Controlled by a PLC, it enhances production efficiency and reduces costs.
The W11Y series is equipped with three symmetricalrollers. The central upper roll, driven by dual hydraulic cylinders, moves vertically. The main speed reducer's output gear meshes with the lower rolls' gears, providing the necessary torque for rolling. Metal plates are continuously bent under the upper roll's pressure and the lower rolls' rotation, achieving permanent deformation to form cylinders, taper cylinders, or arcs. The W11Y seriescannot pre-bend plate ends during rolling. However, it cancorrect roundness after the cylinder is welded. Vertical movement of the upper roll is monitored by a displacement sensor and displayed digitally, ensuring precise observation and enhancing working efficiency and product quality.
The W11X series features three driven rollers.The upper roll is fixed.The lower rollsrotate and move horizontally, either together or separately, effectively rolling plates without slippage. This series can form cylindrical, arc, or conical workpieces with a single load, capable of pre-bending and fully rolling the plate in one process. It excels in rolling complex cone shapes.Controlled via computer with touchscreen assistance, it is known for its user-friendly operation, high efficiency, and compact, practical design.

These movements are meticulously controlled by an advanced computer system and displayed on a high-resolution screen, ensuring automatic leveling and outstanding synchronization accuracy of±0.2mm. The bearing body tilting and resetting are expertly managed through a hydraulic system. Additionally, a balancing mechanism at the upper roll's tail enables effortless discharging of the rolled workpieces and cylindrical components.
