W11S series is designed topre-bend plates with unparalleled precision. It features an upper roll that can move both vertically and horizontally. Using hydraulic cylinders, the upper roll exerts vertical pressure on the plate, causing deformation. A motor and reducer enable horizontal movement, ensuring accurate pre-bending of plate ends. The lower rolls rotate to generate the necessary torque for rolling. This universal machine can pre-bend plate ends in a single loading, roll cylindrical, conical, and arc-shaped workpieces, and is PLC-controlled to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
The W11Y series features 3 symmetrical rolls. The upper roll, centered between the two lower rolls, is directly driven by dual hydraulic cylinders for vertical movement. The main speed reducer's output gear meshes with the lower roll gears, providing the torque needed for rolling. Plates are continuously bent under the pressure of the upper roll and the rotation of the lower rolls, resulting in shapes like cylinders, taper cylinders, or arcs. Though the W11Y seriescannot pre-bend plate ends during rolling, it excels incorrecting roundness post-welding. A digital meter, monitored by a displacement sensor, provides real-time vertical movement readings of the upper roll, enhancing efficiency and product quality.
The W11X series features 3 driven rollers.Its upper roll is fixed,while the 2 lower rolls can rotate and move horizontally, either together or separately, to roll plates without slipping. This enables the rolling of cylindrical, arc, or conical workpieces in a single loading. It also excels in pre-bending, completing both tasks efficiently. It is exceptional for rolling difficult cone shapes. Controlled via a computer with a touchscreen interface, it combines ease of operation, high efficiency, and a compact structure, making it both economical and practical.
The W11H series can pre-bend plate ends and shape workpieces in various forms with a single loading, without reversing the plate direction. The upper roll is fixed, providing a robust mechanism for high-quality rolling.The machine features two robust bottom rolls, strategically positioned to optimize performance.The rolls can execute precise arc-shape movements, controlled by an advanced computer system. Movements are displayed on the screen, ensuring automatic leveling and exceptional synchronization accuracy of ±0.2mm. The tilting and resetting of the bearing body are hydraulically managed. A balancing mechanism at the tail of the upper roll simplifies the discharge of rolled workpieces, making the process efficient.
