The W11S series offers advanced capabilities to pre-bend plates with a vertically or horizontally movable upper roll. When activated by the hydraulic oil in the cylinders at both ends, the upper roll moves vertically to exert pressure and deform the plate. Meanwhile, a motor and reducer drive the upper roll horizontally to pre-bend plate ends. The lower rolls rotate to provide essential torque for rolling the plate. This machine effortlessly pre-bends plate ends with a single loading, rolls cylindrical, conical, and arc workpieces, and is PLC-controlled, enhancing production efficiency and minimizing costs.
The W11Y series features 3 symmetricallyaligned rolls. The upper roll, centrally positioned between two lower rolls, is driven vertically by dual hydraulic cylinders. The main speed reducer's output gear meshes with the lower rolls' gears, enabling plate rolling. The metal plate is continuously bent under the upper roll's pressure and the lower rolls' rotation, leading to permanent deformation and the required shapes such as cylinders, taper cylinders, or arcs.The W11Y seriescannot pre-bend plate ends during rolling; however,it is capable of correcting the roundness after cylinder welding. A displacement sensor monitors the vertical movement of the upper roll, displayed on a digital meter for precise observation, thereby enhancing working efficiency and product quality.
The W11X series is equipped with 3 driven rollers.The upper roll remains fixed, while the two lower rolls rotate and can move horizontally together or independently. This allows the machine to roll plates without slipping, enabling the creation of cylindrical, arc, or conical workpieces in a single loading. Additionally, it excels at pre-bending and rolling plates with one-time loading and is especially proficient at forming complex cone shapes.The W11X series is controlled by a computer with a touchscreen display, offering user-friendly operation, high efficiency, and a compact, economical design.
The W11H series offers exceptional pre-bending of plate ends and can achieve various shapes with one-time loading, without the need for reversing plate direction.The upper roll remains fixed, providing stable and efficient operation.The 2 bottom rolls on the machine are expertly designed to make precise arc-shape movements . These movements are meticulously controlled by an advanced computer system, displayed on a high-resolution screen with automatic leveling and synchronization accuracy reaching ±0.2mm. The tilting and resetting of the bearing body are hydraulically managed, ensuring effortless operation. A sophisticated balancing mechanism is arranged at the tail of the upper roll, facilitating easy discharging of the rolled workpieces.
